ETA celebrated its 20th birthday in 2008 and the emphasis on service excellence and delivering a superior product for over 20 years has established ETA as the clear market leader in Asia today.
In 2008 the AOT Group purchased ETA from Tee Teh and the business is now run by Tee's son, Chris Teh.
In July 2008, ETA launched its Online Booking Engine, offering our wholesale partners over 400 destinations in Australia and New Zealand with over 5,000 different products and access to over 6,000 rooms a night on allocation. This entire database is also available via XML Host to Host, delivering enormous costs savings and efficiencies to our partners throughout Asia and India.
The team at ETA has years of experience and offer a multitude of Asian languages and cultural understanding throughout the entire organisation.
With Sales Offices in Shanghai, Jakarta, Mumbai and Kuala Lumpur and Customer Service Centres in Melbourne, Sydney, the Gold Coast and Auckland ETA provides superior service for all FIT and Group Tours in Australia and New Zealand.
