About the AOT Group

Established in 1987, the AOT Group now creates travel experiences for over 500,000 passengers per annum throughout Australia and New Zealand on behalf of our retail and wholesale customers around the world.

The AOT Group is the largest wholesale distributor of Australian, New Zealand & South Pacific travel products and services in the world. We have a multi-channel operation nationally and globally selling accommodation, packages, tours, transfers, car and camper hire, fly-drives, flights and attractions to individuals and groups from around Australia, New Zealand and the world.

Our fantastic team, our technology solutions and our distribution networks worldwide ensures that AOT provides mutually beneficial solutions for our supplier partners, distribution partners and travellers alike.

Our wholesale and inbound FIT businesses offer a complete holiday solution for our wholesale and retail partners for Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Our group operations manage ad hoc, special interest, series, incentive, conference and Shore excursion movements for groups from 10 to 5000 guests.

The AOT Group has offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland and sales offices in Shanghai, Mumbai, Singapore and Jakarta. Our operation is split into four divisions:

- AOT Inbound is Australia's largest Inbound Tour Operator and looks after the customers of many of the world's major wholesalers. We operate three established inbound brands, AOT Inbound (AOTi), Pacific Spirit Travel and Experience Tours Australia ("ETA").

- Sunlover Holidays is Australia's largest Domestic Travel Wholesaler, operating two main brands, Sunlover Holidays (Queensland) and Travelpoint Holidays (Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania the NT, WA, New Zealand and the South Pacific).

Sunlover Holidays has preferred partnership deals with Harvey World Travel, Travelscene American Express, the Concorde Agency Group, Jetset Travelworld, Magellan Travel, Travel Counsellors and Travellers Choice.

- Our on-line division, "Needitnow" operates last-minute & year round accommodation and touring web sites including needitnow.com.au, bestrates.com.au, gostay.com.au (in partnership with Sensis), travelmate.com.au and needtoescape.com.au.

- Aothotels.com.au - AOT's Government Services Division, is the officially appointed Accommodation Program Manager by the Department of Finance and Deregulation ("Finance") for the Australian Government (the "Government") to exclusively contract and make available all domestic accommodation for the more than 100 federal Agencies.

AOT's Government Services Division - provides Government Agencies access to the largest ranges of Australian accommodation providers. Aothotels operates a 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year call centre and one of the most sophisticated Government accommodation booking engines in the world www.aothotels.com.au. Agencies do this directly through our website or via their Travel Management Company, who access AOT's inventory.
